Fireplace sales and installation

Winter is around the corner and we would like to install a gas fireplace. Any recommendations for this? Thank you

I have had a gas fireplace while living in Ohio. It used alot of gas. Of course, that would not be so much of a problem here due to our location.

However, I missed a fireplace so much that I purchased an electric one from Lowes. I am very happy with it as the flame looks real. I use it in the evening even when the temperature outside is high--just for the enjoyment of the flame. I would highly recommend it. It also has an electric heater which I have only used a few times.
