There is a rehab facility at the medical complex across from Toojay's at Lake Sumter Landing. I believe it is call Lake Center for Rehab.

Rehab GV, medical offices at the corner of Rolling Acres and 466 .... they are next to and somewhat affiliated with Tri County Orthopedics. I had great success there with knee replacement and rotator cuff rehab and think they are great. Might be worth it to stop in and look around.
Not golf cart accessible.

I used this group to rehab my right knee after multiple surgerys. Within a month I went from using a walker, to a cane and then walking, dancing etc. I highly recommend them and specifically the two ladies who coordinated my rehab Tammy and Sharon. They were no nonsense, especially Sharon, and got the job done.
