Villager II -

That was unprofessional writing on your part. You have to clarify which of the Republican dummies you are talking about. The funny thing was tha Bachmann did not just give a slip of the tongue (gross thought) but repeated the Happy Birthday mantra several times in that speech. Clueless.

Be aware mr rags, that ADMIN will not appreciate you making personal attacks. It OK to go for the Politicians, but not us lowly TOTV members. No Offense, it just that I see you very new and probably have not read the forum no No's yet. Welcome to the Forum.

I apologize. Will not repeat. Just was disappointed that political talk, while sometimes heated, could be reduced to childish playground names.

To anyone I offended I apologize.

Unfortunately, you have Dem and GOP members in this same room. Hence: lots of mud slinging and very little debate between the two of us. Many have tried only to be ganged up on by the other side of the isle. Also Rags, the new management in here is much more tolerant that the old folks that ran it in the past. They seem to warn first to give new guys a chance to clean up their act, where the others just seemed to kick folks off for the color of their golf cart if they did not like it.

Again, welcome to the Political Forum.

Not to 'hijack' this thread, but as 'new management' you are correct that it is not our goal to kick folks off the site and would much rather point out or call to attention a concern. The more people on the site the better for everyone. When discussions stray away from the topic and are directed at a member that would be a concern as it can quickly be 'flamed'. If someone feels that they have been on the receiving end of such a post instead of retaliating please click the red triangle in the upper right corner of the post with the (!) inside it and we would be happy to assist. We appreciate everyone on the site and what they add.

Villager II joined approx 3 years after Rags 123. Just an observation from a bystander.

Kinda. I have been here since 2006. I had a login ID name that used my old Washington D.C. address so when we moved into our new house here, thought it best to update to the Villager name. We talked to you alot in those days barefoot. Sorry for the confusion

Thanks Admin: I have been on here for years and never noticed that Triangle before. In this case Rags and I are now buds, but it would certainly be better to use the triangle. Thanks for the info.
