Does anyone know when the new Sweetbay Market will open on the 466A? Drove by the old sign, but don't see any new construction yet :)

Doubt if the Sweetbays is construced before a lot of homes are built nearby south of 466A.

Sounds right to me.

There is a Publix on 466A in Colony Plaza for those who don't yet live here.

It is VERY, VERY, busy during the season. REALLY crowded.


Sweetbay will be down the road at the other end of the populated area nearer Buena Vista and the new Building south of 466A is off Morse and near the Publix right now.

I heard gossip yesterday that a Premier village is about to be started south of 466A. But the informant didn't know whether it would be close to Sanibel or closer to Buena Vista.

Anyone else heard anything about that??

Yes, Gracie, it's called MacClenny and it's adjacent to the Bonifay Country Club south of 466A. Here is a map of the location:

Just imagine living in that one home available in the middle of the Village of Sanibel!
