Other than the Village Shuttle, are there any other transportation companies that go to and from Orlando airport.
Thanks

There is another one I believe it is called Village Airport Van. I do not have the number as I use the Village Shuttle.

We have used Village Airport Van twice. Thought maybe the lousy service was a fluke the first time. It wasn't. The second time was even worse.
Had 75 minute wait at the airport after getting into the van. They were waiting for more flights to come in. Then the driver stopped at a gas station on the way back in Leesburg for gasoline.
The Villages Bus is the best way to go.

How and where does one get the Village bus at the Orlando Airport? Do you need reservations? My brother will be in Orlando for a conference and recently asked me for transportation options.

Outside lower level of terminal A or B. Spot A 15 at A terminal. You can walk up an pay. If you want you could make a reservation for your brother up here I would think.

Try Gaston from the Villages. His ad runs in the Daily Sun.Also Elite travel runs ads in local church bulletins .Both are excellent.Email me and I can give you phone numbers for both. You will not have wait time at the airport.

We are a big fan of Villages Airport Van, simply because it runs 24 hours a day and picks up you up at home. (Even at 3 AM)!

We will have a midnight return - does the Village Van accomodate this without us having to wait?

Barefoot -
The 24 hour service and home pickup is a good feature of the Village Van. I just did not like sitting on the van at the airport for 75 minutes while waiting for other flights to arrive - and also for the driver having to refuel in Leesburg.

The last thing we'll want to do is get off a plane, collect luggage and then sit around and wait; especially with an arrival of midnight.
I've called a few other places - either they can't accomodate two couples with luggage or the pricing is ridiculous.

Bugs, I absolutely agree that the Airport Village Van is not really convenient! You do have to wait around for other passengers. Otherwise it would be a taxi and exorbitantly expensive. My husband commutes back and forth between Canada and The Villages. He often arrives at 1 AM. I used to pay a driver to drive our car to the airport to pick him up, but it was triple the price. The Village Van is way less expensive than any alternatives.

I've always had good experiences with the Airport Van. Never had to wait long, and it's such a convenience to be picked up and dropped off at home.

I had the same experience. Except I had to wait only 55 minutes.
