What-The-Heck..........$236 MILLION BUCKS for the 13.9 acres of land for this project....and they still have to tear down the huge Miami Herald building to use the property.......(Just when I thought I was the King:jester: of the batsh*t crazy people....these people come along to take away my :cus: crown)
