Lanai enclosure contractor recommendations?

We would like to enclose our lanai and add a birdcage. We are in the process,of scheduling estimates. Has anyone dealt with D & D Constuction, D & J Constuction,Kilcrease Constuction,or Advanced Construction?

Highly recommend D & J - efficient, work completed on schedule, accurate estimate. Enlarged & enclosed our lanai to approx 15' X 21', including new roof, tile floor, floor to ceiling acrylic sliders. PM me if specific info required..

seriously recommend NOT using Martin's Aluminum, shoddy work and difficult to deal with.

We used T & D, extremely satisfied with them. We would not recommend Whites Aluminum.

WE have seen Elite Lifestyles work and it appears to be very good..very clean lines and modern look. If you talk to the homeowners who contracted with Elite for room additions and/or lanai enclosures, which we did on 3 random occasions, no problems and all praise! However compared to other contractors we interviewed, Elite was by-far the most expensive. Price alone should not be the sole determinate of which contractor you select, but at least in our case we found a small "General" contractor who uses all the big boys in town such as T&D and others as its subs to get the same type of job and a price we were comfortable with. Im sure there are a number of good guys around, just take your time on doing your research.

BTW although we did not contract with T&D, our general contractor used T&D to do all the concrete, block and rebar work........they do a good job!

We just hired All around aluminum.We're having a 39 x 14 birdcage done & our next door neighbor had the same done by All Around. We love the results on our neighbors house ! Rodney seems to be an easy going ,helpful guy.He's the one we're dealing with !

We just had our lanai enclosed by Kilcrease and we were very satisfied. In addition they also built a birdcage for us. Their prices were reasonable and their work was excellent. Their prices were much better than some of the other prices we were quoted. They used the same window manufacturer as our home, and they work beautifully.

We initially called T & D, but they are so busy, they don't have time to even do this side work. We called others as well, whose work looked nice, but the prices were all over the ballpark, and essentially everyone does the same thing. In the end we are very happy with the results from Kilcrease and would recommend them.

We used Jerome for two jobs and are extremely happy with the results. My neighbor liked our job so much that he hired Jerome to copy our arches. Jerome did a full master suite, bath and lanai for him. It is beautiful.
If you golf Riley, we are both between the sixth and seventh hole. You can see our "matching" arches. Jerome had a fair price and is an honest contractor.

T&D did our Lanai, birdcage, summer kitchen (without grill), and bar. Absolutely 1st rate work, no trouble getting them to come back and minor changes did not result in an extra charge. Luk was the project manager and is super. We are now having them do an addition to our garage. Again not cheap but really well done. They even did little extras like lights under the bar. :)
