I have been to TV a couple of times. Whenever I was there I parked my car in the garage, using the golf cart 100% of the time. The car sat there till we were ready to go back North. Now that we are moving into our new home on October 4th. I am wondering where do you drive your car (not golf) the most?

To Leesburg, Ocala, Fruitland and any trip you may want to do to both coasts or Orlando. Locally, when the weather turns sour, better to take a car. When we are going to a distant mall where Pier 1 or Best Buy is located.

As the others have implied, I certainly use mine when I have to shop in the Crossroads plaza on the "other" side of Rolling Acres Road. I usually use it when I have to shop in the Rolling Acres Plaza, too [Target, Petco, etc].

The latter is doable in my golf cart, but I hate using Rio Grande - its path is so narrow.

And, I have regular meetings up at Mulberry Grove as well as some at Chatham - both are more than 8 miles from Sunset Pointe and that stretches my comfort zone in the golf cart!

Since I came here, I've been averaging less than 250 miles a month on the car! I can tell, because I fill it only once a month, unless there's a need to go to Orlando and back!

Going to Ocala, Leesburg or Orlando.
Definitely to Gainesville for Gator games when I can

Very few can do without a car. It's a must to have to go to a mall such as in Ocala, Leesburg, Citrus River, or Orlando. I use it for Home Depot or Lowes. I put 4,000 miles on the golfcart in a year, and probably less on the car.
