Where is a good place to have a cart overhauled.New paint,new curtains,new tires.

I don't know if they do it for a customer who brings in his/her own cart, but you might want to check with the dealers and shops in the TV area that sell remanufactured carts.

I had my cart painted and an enclosure done by Eugene. Recently my Dad had both of his carts painted and new encosures done by Eugene. I have not seen Dad's yet but he says they look great. If you go to Eugene, please tell him 'candy apple Alan' sent you :laugh:. Here is a link to Eugene's.
