I currently have the curb-it curbing around my trees, bushes, etc. But the lawn mowing crews have run over the curbing and it is broken in many places.
I have two choices. Replace the curb-it curbing with new or go the what I called the stacked borders. This is where they stack the 12 inch pieces of flat bricks either 3 to ?? high. I think this would keep the lawn mower people from running over them.
Can anyone recommend a reputable landscaping place that does this kind of work?
Thanks.

I'd suggest giving Rupert Cross a call. He did a patio for a friend of mine with stacked bricks around it. It was truly beautiful. You can do a search for his number (sorry, don't have it handy).

I would first get rid of your lawn crew after charging them for damage. Their business is lawn care and if they can't cut the lawn without running over things they are incompetent.

Sebrina McGowan did ours, and she charged less than her estimate. Very professional 352 274 4189 www.designbymcgowan.com

Yep, find a new lawn care service first. We had a lawn care biz when we lived up north (husband was a firefighter, did lawn care on his off days). HAD he damaged someone's property, he would have paid to replace/repair it.
McGowan did a retaining wall for us and it's beautiful. Plus they charged less than they quoted on our job as well. They are nice people to work with...Sabrina and Patrick McGowan.

Thanks. That lawn service is already gone. Now I need to replace the curb-it with something better.
