Apart from La Hacienda at the top, and Colony Cottage at the bottom, all of the Regional Centers (Mulberry Grove, Savannah, Laurel Manor, Lake Miona and SeaBreeze) have all been built alongside Buena Vista Boulevard.
Why is there nothing central in the east, alongside Morse Boulevard?
The new development at Mission Hills would have been a perfect location.

Ummmmm, that 's interesting, I never thought about it, but I wonder why none are built along Morse? Don't think in that new development there is room for a big regional center.

A Regional Center is one of the larger recreation centers, with a sports pool.
Colony Cottage is way to the south, not central.

Yes, but if you read my original post I am querying why there is none in the center along Morse.
Paradise is in the north (near La Hacienda) and Colony Cottage is in the south, but there is a large gap between them with nothing, whereas in the central part on the west side there are Laurel Manor and Lake Miona.
Look at the recreation map.
I assume there is a regional center planned south of 466a. Does anyone know where?

I would think that there will be too much traffic on Morse Bvd once they put the exit in for route 75 and Morse Bvd. Which may or may not have been in their plan from the beginng. It wouldn't be as relaxing with all that noise etc.
