If no one under 18 is allowed to live in The Villages, why is there a high school and charter school located there?

Charlton, it's not based on where the family lives. It's based on where the parent(s) work:

Thx Bill. That's very interesting. I never heard of basing schools on where you work. Is this exclusive to The Villages or is this county or state wide?

Providing an excellent K-12 school system is one of the many great ideas TV has developed, to attract motivated workers and professionals to come to work in TV.
Knowing their children can attend an excellent public school is a big plus when choosing a potential place of employment or operating a business.

Those schools are not only excellent, they are beautiful too.
Just like the chairs in the rec centers.

Charton, did you know that there is also a Lifelong Learning Center for adults? Just another reason TV is Lower Paradise.
