Two guys were in a sitting area at a home for the elderly, and struck up a conversation. "I'm new here," said John, "How do you like it?"

"It's great," said Tom, "In fact, I've only been here a few months, and I've already met a gal, and even at our ages, we're getting married."

"Good for you! At our age, it's still nice that you've met someone who's a good companion to be with."

"Well . . . not so much; she's as ornery as can be."

"Oh, well, I guess we're never too old for a little romance, though, right?"

"Oh, no; she says we're too old for much of that stuff."

"Oh, now I've got it; she must be a good cook, then, is that it?"

"Heck, no, she hates to cook."

"I guess it's not my business, but I'll bet she's got alot of dough, then, right?"

"Nope; her kids are having to help with her expenses."

John sat and thought for a minute, then said, "Tom, I don't get it; what's the attraction?"

"Well," said Tom, "she can drive."
