Do you know of a good physical therapist in or around TV? My wife got into a golf cart accident and I am having problems with my left hip. Was looking forward to playing tennis but this is in jeopardy unless I get some relief. Don't know if pickle ball which I hear is easier than tennis with less movement also may be difficult to pick up. Golf may still be possible. Help!:MOJE_whot:

You will need to see a doctor who will give you a PT script, if neccessary. The doc will then refer you to a PT.

I will also be looking for a good registered Physiotherapist in a few weeks. If you can recommend anyone, I'd be grateful.

I have had excellent results with Sharon at;`

Lake Sumter Landing
910 Old Camp Road
Building 100
The Villages, FL 32162
Phone: 352-259-6750

I have worked with her both in the therapeutic pool and on standard machines.

She is extremely knowledgeable. I plan to see her again in a week or so for a "new" aged related problem.

Hope this helps you.

That helps a lot ... I'll call Sharon this week for more info. I'm starting Physio here in Canada tomorrow. I hope to be in TV by the end of November and continue Physio there. Thanks!!

Golf may still be possible.:MOJE_whot:

If you're considering that golf may still be possible, it seems to me that you don't need physical therapy. Haven't you heard? "Time heals all wounds." Seriously, all you need to do is some light stretching and go for leisurely walks etc.. Do that daily and time will do the rest.
