I have a friend who I am meeting at the VA hospital on Thursday. Is there some place nice to go for breakfast near there?

Isn't First Watch kind of near there. I am not sure where the VA is, but First Watch is near Sharon Morse Hospital.

I have been told that Beef O'Bradys is very good for breakfast and it is very close to the VA Hospital. I wish that the Beef O' Brady on 466A served breakfast. Someone will put in a breakfast place on 466A and will do very well.

Where is the VA Hospital?

There is a VA outpatient clinic on CR 42 - the North boundary of TV.

I believe there is a VA hospital in Gainesville.

Head north on 441. Swing into Billy's. There is no better breakfast anywhere. Be sure to have some home fries.....best we have ever had. Continue north on 441 to Rt. 42. Turn left and the VA is on the left just as you approach Mulberry Grove.

Nope...it's a medical office building built adjoining The Villages Regional Hospital.

Have heard BOTH First Watch AND Billy's are great places for breakfast!!!

There is a VA hospital in Gainesville and another in Tampa.
The VA Clinic is off Buena Vista (past Nancy Lopez), in Mulberry.

Billy's is our favorite. Second, is Sonrise in Southern Trace.
