I caught the tale end of a news report on WFTV and thought I heard them say they will be offering shuttle from SS to NY and DC????? Is this true?

The shuttle bus will take people to the Amtrack stations in Lakeland & Jacksonville. The train goes to D.C. & NY. Arrival/departure times will be 10:30am & I believe 7pm.
