Luggage repair - wheel

I have a fairly new piece of Brookstone luggage that has the spinner wheels. One of the wheels will no longer turn. Does anyone know where in TV I could go to get it fixed?

You can try calling the company who made it. They might just send you a new one or a new wheel. I've done that with my computer chair and they are more than happy to oblige.

From my experience, Brookstone is pretty good about fixing or replacing stuff.
