Recommendation for house inspection

I recently had my patio villa inspected before the one year warranty expires. (Well worth the money.) The company I used is below. They were excellent. Uncovered a couple of things I would have never seen and confirmed my thoughts that I had a roof leak. They file a report with home warranty and once the repairs are done, they return to make sure repairs were done correctly. I highly recommend:
