Just seen a new sign on 44 at BV Sweetbay coming soon. Guess that would be in Brownwood. Seems now it will be build there instead of 466A.
Also there is a Red Light being installed at 44 and Powel Rd.A lot of work being preformed in the Brownwood area, even on the West side of Powel road
would be nice to know what is going to be build there.

All that construction, earth moving and such happening west of Buena Vista and between SR-44A and SR-44 will eventually become what I believe will be called Paddock Square at Brownwood. Seems like a long way away just now, but it'll be "just next door" before any of us knows what's happened!
