New Village of Charlotte

Has anyone bought in the new Village of Charlotte?? We just got back from TV and bought a lot there on Belcherry Loop. Our closing is Jan 18, 2012. We went there to buy a lot but they are offering a 4% discount if you build in Nov. So we went for it ! Our home here in CT is closing on Dec 18.... Villages here we come!!!:crap2:
