Will you provide a link for the restaurant? We are coming down for Thanksgiving and would like to try it out if possible.
Thanks,

Couldn't find any direct web links to the menu, but, here's the writeup on the Villages Gourmet Club website....lots of menu info here:
Named after a small panhandle town in Florida located east of Pensacola. With sky blue walls, white puffy clouds, bright cushions and red accented beach canvas coverings, this Country Club restaurant is now expected to open Monday, November 28, 2011. Large indoor and outdoor bars fill the building's width. Large outside patio area and breezeway overlook the new Ft. Walton Golf Course. The menu offers a variety of items with a casual southern flair. Appetizers might include Bruschetta, Spinach Dip, Grilled Chicken Nachos, Fried Calamari, Buffalo Wings, P.E.I. Mussels and Coconut-Cilantro Shrimp, all ranging $7.00-9.50 each. Soups offered could include Loaded Potato, Yellow Tomato Bisque and a Pan Handle Gumbo, all ranging $4.50-6.00 each. Lighter fare include sandwiches and wraps such as King Caesar or Thai Chili Wrap as well as a Clubhouse, Chicken Pesto, Reuben, French Dip, Burgers and Grilled Fish Sandwiches, all at $8-9 each. There's also Beer Battered Fish & Chips at $9 also. Large salads, popular in the warmer months, include a Spinach Salad, Chicken Caesar, Shrimp Caesar, Florida Palm, Lime Chicken, Bourbon BBQ Salmon and a Signature Steak & Wedge Salad, all ranging $8-12 each. For heartier appetites you can order pasta dishes including Baked Tortellini, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Pesto, Chicken Parmesan, Beef Stroganoff and a Florida Seafood Scampi Pasta, all ranging $10-14 each. Specialties of the house include Flat Iron Chicken, Rum Raisin Meatloaf or Chicken Cordon Bleu, all $12; plus Cajun-Style Jambalaya, Filet Mignon, Atlantic Salmon and a New York Strip at the top end (at $14-17 each). For dessert, they'll offer Sorbet, Key Lime Pie, Cheese Cake, Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding and an interesting Grilled Pineapple, all ranging $4.00-5.50 each. Full bar with specialty drinks like Key Lime Martini, Mango Mai Tai, Pink Grapefruit Margarita and a Blackberry Julip, all made to order. 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 2-6 PM daily. Wine list with selections by the glass or bottle even include Champagne. Children's menu on request. Reservations accepted off-season. Occasional entertainment and Sunday Brunch is planned. Dewitt Raley, executive chef; Fred Karimipour, manager; Jose Rodriquez, general manager. Owned by Joe Nisbett of Orlando and Cindy Kearns of The Villages

I believe I found it by going to the Restaurant Discussions where they list all the restaurants in and around tv and rate them. Or, if the restaurant in closed they show that. Sorry I can't be of more help. Was quite lengthy
of a review/ad naming menu items for lunch and dinner and explaining the design. I don't think it opens until the 28th of November...isn't that after
Thanksgiving? Don't have a calendar right here.

Just reached a new milestone, even for TV. Now we seem to be reviewing restaurants even before they open!
