Need Help with City Car

I have a City Car, that I think is made up of a number of parts from many different golf carts, then the City Car Enclosure put on. The left front tire is wearing badly and I have other concerns with the cart, Is there any garage I can take it to to get an "honest" opinion of what needs to be done to correct my problems?

You're right they are made up of many carts and we currently have two at my shop right now.
