Tire Choice coming to Colony Plaza

In today's Sun, in the legal notices section of the Classifieds, there was mention of a water management permit for a Tire Choice business in Colony Plaza. I assume they will build in the vacant land/outparcel in front of the shopping center.

Not a bad idea to have an auto service place on the south side.

I had heard about them coming to Colony a couple of weeks back. Apparently they are going to be in the lot between McDonald's and the gas station.
