This is a great little think-piece Katz. I'm glad I read it, as I caused me to understand what I was already thinking about these obnoxious OWS protests with much more clarity.

Nice find; I've been getting behind in my reading. Darn this active lifestyle :)

With Daylight "savings" time, I enter the workplace in the dark and leave in the dark, we've already had our first frost and the Cannondale is in it's winter hibernation location...Time to read, read, read :p
Thank God for a laptop and internet connection!

The column brings together what we've been seeing and thinking all along...

So-called liberals loathe Big Business, Big Banking, Big Pharma, Big Polluters and Big Oil....but they adore and bow at the feet of Big Government which they want to take over the power of Big Everything Else (except Big Hollywood).

They've cornered the market on keeping the environment clean and make a religion of "healthy eating"......but have no use for the greatest development in public health and disease prevention: the flush toilet that washes their excrement away from where they eat, sleep and learn "higher-order thinking" on achieving better health and peace.
