I am new to this forum. I hope I am doing this right. I am looking for a cleaning lady for occasional cleaning. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke so I want someone from a non smoking home. Does anyone have any recommendations? Do they need to be bonded and what are general prices. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forum Pathel. I don't have a cleaning woman but many do.

Sit down, have a cup of coffee and hang around. This is a great place.

Suggest Luke Holland of Kleaning House. He is licensed and insured. 352-636-1091. He has a great cleaning crew.

Another vote for Luke Holland of Kleaning House. He has been cleaning our house for several years and always does a excellent job.

Yes they should be bonded and you should get references and call and verify their cleaning abilities, punctuality, etc.

Since prices differ from home type, the busyness of the home (layout and furniture), cleaning requirements and frequency, it is not really possible to give you a price. From what I found when looking it is from $60 and up per cleaning.

Hope this helps.
