Isnt it too bad that Mitt Romney, who is such a Religous person allows a TV add to be put on which was not a quote that Obama made but that McCain made in his 2008 bid for the Presidency?? Makes one wonder about these wannabees. (If we talk about the Economy we will lose).

I agree. If only everyone would stick to the issues and not use misleading statements.

The only reason they do it is because it works! Anyone who votes for someone on the basis of advertising may well get the representation they deserve.

Why would any one bother..Honesty Respectability Truthfulness Professionalism and Trust earns them nothing. Look at the likes of some of our top politicians, Hollywood stars and sports figures. The badder they are the richer they become. Charlie Rangel and Lindsey Lohan should be in jail. The Kardashian made better than $18million by making a mockery of marriage.
Reality show that just a few years ago would have been considered porno make television executives richer and richer.
It is all very disturbing and totally upside down. :sigh:

This thread is about Romney and his blatant lies. A disciple of Lee Atwater.
Last time I checked, neither Rangel, or Lindsey Lohan, or Kim Kardashian are candidates for POTUS.
And, in all honesty, compared to Gingrich, Rangel is an angel.

When I place a post with a fact or quote or a comment on a news story, I provide links. I shouldn't have to research everyone's posts to decide if it's accurate or timely or in context before I make an informed comment.
Saying that, I find this a bit funny. If it gets Obama's team arguing about the economy with Romney's people it a sly tactic.
It's Obama out of context, but it is Obama speaking. It cracks me up, actually.
