Anyone that has had a problem in the past should go try it again. The new owners are doing a good job. I'm always quick not to return once I've had a bad experience but have learned that is not always good practice. Everyone has a bad day occasionally.

Wow!!! Gandolfo's NY Deli is absolutely fantastic!!!
The sandwiches are huge with first class meats and fresh veggies.
I love The Dagwood Sandwich, but there are many, many choices.
I have to go there at least once a week.
The service is really friendly and fast.

Okay, now that I'm sufficiently hungry, where is this place? Trish

I stopped there on Friday morning and ordered a bagel and coffee. The bagel was dry (day or two old?) and stale. After one nibble I placed it in their trash basket and left.

In Southern Trace across from Crispers/ Beef O'Brady's next to the golf store out in the parking lot. If you go to the detour for golf carts at 101 you missed it

That depends on which direction you are coming from.:bigbow:

We've been there many times and really like it. However, we went yesterday at 630 PM and it was closed! The hours of operation were scraped off the door. (Don't know what that means) The times were :00 AM to :00 PM. They must be changing or something. You would think that 630 PM on Saturday would be a prime time. Hope things get better for them.

They have been closing at 6PM on Saturday's, but I heard they are staying open till 8PM on Saturday's after the holidays. They still close earlier on Sundays though. As far as the post about a stale bagel I have 2 comments
1) I know they bake fresh bagels DAILY so I dont think that was the problem but my second comment is WHY wouldn't you tell the manager or owner so they could refund your money or make you another bagel instead of tossing it in the trash? They have always made good on any problems their customers have. Just curious?

I have had bagels there and they were excellent.
But I go there mainly for the great sandwiches.
Everything is fresh. They bake their bread daily for the hoagie sandwiches.
I think the new owners are serious about providing quality service and food.

:agree:

On one visit, I asked for a Kaiser roll instead of a hoagie roll. When the sandwich came, it was on a hoagie roll. I mentioned I had asked for a different roll, and it was quickly redone with a pleasant attitude. I got a nice, hot sandwich on the roll I wanted. Nice.
