Bob Evans coming to Colony Plaza?

Over the last week I have heard from a couple of folks that Bob Evans is going to build in one of the empty lots in front of Colony Plaza. I can not find anything on the Sumter County web site to validate this and wondered if anyone may have info on this.

I was told one time that Bob Evens wouldn't come to the Villages unless they owned the land and the building. T.V. made an exception for them on 466 so maybe they did also on 466A
