Well the time has come we sign papers tomorrow on our house in Michigan!
It will not be our house anymore... There is no turning back.
We leave for Florida on Dec. 26th to our new home in TV....
My friends keep saying are you sure. I have never been so sure in my life... My stomache is in knots but I know what is to come is so much better than my life in Michigan. I am just so scared of not knowing what tomorow brings. Please tell me again how happy you are !:spoken::spoken:

Oh my dear babspadget. We all know how you feel and I do know that you are going to feel that this place is home in just a short time. I had the same feelings, but be assured that you will be happy.

Lynn and I are also on our way from Virginia Beach. Our furniture is on our way and we close on our Virginia House tomorrow. We will be driving south to arrive in TV Friday. We will close on our house on Monday the 19th. Our furniture will arrive on the 23rd.

Exciting times, but we are looking forward to the new chapter.

This is the time of our lives that we need to think of us. We have helped and nurtured and loved and supported our children, and it is possible that we have done it a little too much. Now it is time for them to be adults and to find the way without us, although we are still here. Thankfully.

The wonderful draw of Disney and their grandparents home will bring them here and Skype. that is free, even if the camera costs a little is a wonderful way to look at each other and talk every day if we wish.

This place that makes all of us more active, is good for our bodies and our minds and for just our plain happiness.

It is very hard to leave our families and to begin life anew, but as someone who thought she would never do such a thing and is a type A, too responsible firstborn. ..I can say; I am so glad I did. And Sweetie is happy if I am happy. Plus he always wanted to play this much golf.

Plus, if we don't do it NOW, when will we do it??

When I was on the road traveling from California, I had several moments questioning myself. That was the inner negative person, I simply told her to go to her room and i did not want to hear her opinion. I also realized that I was not alone on this journey to TV, thousands of people moved to the amazing community before me.

You will be so okay. Hey, I moved across country with my Dad, two wild Yorkies and my handsome husband. Keep your eyes on your dream!!

We are a little behind you, but very anxious to get to TV. Our house in Maryland goes on the market February 1st. We have been so busy painting and fixing it up to sell. We have people saying the same thing to us. How could you move so far away from your family? Well, TV looks like a really great place to visit as well as live. So, hopefully, the family will enjoy coming to visit us. We are coming to TV to check out houses during the week of 1/25-2/1. We cannot wait to start living the dream of TV. We came to visit two years ago and can't stop thinking about the lifestyle.

Make room for two more!!!! :)

Well its 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning, waiting to go to work... This is my last week ! Tuesday the furniture is being picked and the car on Friday. Than we are on the road, can't wait till we get there... We will be on the road Christmas, so I do not think there will be too much traffic... Anybody out there traveled on Christmas ?
