Thanks for sharing. That is a great story for Christmas. It brought a tear to my eyes and warmth to my heart.

I really like how it becomes contagious, and inspires even more generosity.

There is a little thing that is kinda fun to do........and it doesn't break the bank.

I have made cards.....they could be hand written........and the card says, "YOU have been selected to receive a Random Act of Kindness Gift". Inside, I put a little cash bill.....and there is an angel which says that I am doing this in memory of my mother, who started this tradition. (I don't seal the envelope.....as I know there are people are out there who might do unkind things).

I go to the mall or shopping plaza where people are hustling and bustling...and I pick out people who look like they may enjoy...and/or need. I hand them the card, wish them a Merry Christmas, walk away........and hide........and to see the expression on the person's face when they see the cash is.......priceless!

I'm doing this for ME..........it's so much fun.

And during the year, it's kinda fun when I'm in line to get my morning coffee, to pay for the person's "drink of choice" in the car behind me.

I don't like surprises.........but someone did this to me a long time ago. That kind of surprise I liked!

Merry Merry Christmas!
