I am not sure where to post this but clients of mine just used The Village Movers and said that they were totally unprofessional, rude, not helpful, in a hurry and took advantage of my elderly clients in more ways than one! What forum would I forum would I post this under? I want to be sure that no one uses this terrible company!!

We just used the Village Movers a couple weeks ago and they were just the 180 degrees from what you have described. Actually were finished before the time they quoted.

I have referred over 200 clients to The Villages Movers since 2003. Not one complaint! Mike runs an outstanding, professional shop.
On the other hand, another client using a different mover wanted to file a claim because they said the mover stole the husband's false teeth and shuffled their Pinochle cards.
There are 2 sides to every story. Did you witness any of this unprofessional behavior firsthand?

I have used them for two jobs. Both times very professional and did a good job. I would use them again.

I recently used Two Brothers to move my mom's things from one assisted living to another. I was extremely happy. I was a little nervous to pay by the hour but I found them to be efficient and speedy. I used another mover a month before and they were more expensive. I highly recommend Two Brothers!

I used the Village Movers and found them to be professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again if the need would arise.

Everyone but us in our new small village had the Villages Movers except the very few who moved from far away. Nobody has said anything negative.
What happened with your experience that was negative, Shortsaler...or is that short sailor?;);) How are the people of whom you speak your clients?

We also used Villages Movers and were completely satisfied with their service. The young men were professional, friendly, and never once complained when asked to re-move some of the furniture to different places in our home. In fact, we wanted a huge dresser moved to the other side of the bedroom the next day and the men came back out and did it for us at no additional cost. I'd recommend this company without hesitation!

Appears like you should not post at all.
We want to hear more about this terrible company and their side of the story.

We used them about five weeks ago. Had a great experience with them. In fact, I find your description to be so far removed from what we experienced that I wonder whether we are discussing a totally different company. Or perhaps your clients were, well, "difficult". Just food for thought.

We used Village Movers when we moved our belongings from the storage unit to our new home. They were wonderful going so far as installing the bed frame to put together the bed frame. We were very pleased with them and have nothing negative to say about them.
