Does anyone know of a service or person in the Villages that prepares and prints resumes?

Probably not a lot of demand for that service in TV. Couple suggestions. Ask if there is a retired HR person as they may have some insight into what perspective employers want, and go to monster.com and look through a bunch in the field your trying to highlight and cut and paste the information then tailor it to match the skills you have. There are also several books by Robbie Kaplan that cover how to write a great resume.

Last time I changed jobs 14 years ago I went to her and had her do mine and she knows how to write a great resume. Made me want to hire me.

The state of Florida offers services for the unemployed older workers.

There are a number of excellent software programs available online so that you can create a professional looking resume. Some are free, others are relatively inexpensive (I have one called Resume Creator which I really liked but is no longer available). Most of them not only provide dozens of different templates, but also sample resumes for various fields. The nice thing about using these programs is that it is very easy to edit and update your resume as necesary without having to consult an "expert" (and having to pay for this service).

When it is time to print (assuming you don't have a printer) you can put the resume on a flash drive and bring it to Staples, Office Depot, Office Max or Kinkos and have them print it (splurge on a high quality, heavy bond paper).

When I taught Business Writing at University of North Carolina-Wilmington most of my students used these types of programs and they all produced excellent resumes.
