Captiva - new Rec Center

Captiva, first rec center south of 466a, opened yesterday. I rode by and checked it out today. Another outstanding design and decorating job by the Villages. A seashell theme with a neat deep blue aquarium partial mural in the big meeting room. You Sanibellians, Charlottans, and Fernandiners will enjoy your local rec center. Worth the ride for the rest of us old timers.

Take Morse Blvd south of 466a, right at first circle onto Pinellas place and rec center is about a quarter mile up on your left. You'll see the green screens around the tennis and Pickleball courts.

Yes Very nice decorating I love the seashell theme . I do not live far from the Rec center .I was at the pool today swimming .Nice pool.

We will be living a few blocks away --964 Vanilla Leaf Place --in three weeks. The last time we were in TV Captiva was getting ready to open --very exciting
