How do you carry your ID when you go to the pools? Is it waterproof and can be kept in swimsuit pocket? Hate to just leave it around when in water

It is like a credit card yes it is waterproof but the magnetic strip may get affected so taking it in the pool would be a no no just leve it on your towel. It has your picture so nobody else will use it....

If you have an ID transfered from the property owner (ie renting) then your ID is a kind of laminated paper card, so don't get it wet. It will be 99.99% safe with your towel. There is no such thing as 100% safe, even a gekco might haul it away while you are in the pool

We keep our ID cards, the golf cart keys, and my cell phone in a little zippered pouch that we leave with our towels, etc. on the chair/chaise lounge at poolside. It also helps me remember to take my phone out of my pocket and put it in that pouch PRIOR to getting in the pool........been there, done that! Big 'duh' on my part.
The pouch could be stuffed into a shoe or wrapped up in a towel or whatever to keep it out of view.
