We are here. In TV, actually sitting at Barnes & Noble to check mail etc. tomorrow serious looking at homes, sites etc. do wish our rep was more excited, more in tune, but am sure she will get it!!!

So to all of you want to be or almost frogs (are we tadpoles). Do you need pictures of homes, new construction, your favorite bar........ Let me know -my new iPad and are are ready willing and able to send an update!!!!! We explored south of 466a and Bonifay CC today ...nice, music at the square, steak at Fridays, too good. To those of you here, any recommendations of things to do, places to go ... Would be appreciated.

You must check out Katie Belles and the Cattle Baron Club in Spanish Springs. Take advantage of just striking up a conversation with people in the squares. There are some great buys left in Tamarind Grove, St James, and Buttonwood villages just north of 466A so check the listings in the Daily Sun newspaper and also check resales. If you find you are not happy with your sales rep ask for another one. It's very overwhelming when you first come and are trying to take everything in, you need to feel comfortable with your sales rep. so you can understand everything such as bond payments. Our sales rep from The Villages was Tony Trussler and he is very good and patient. We've recommended him many times and everyone he's worked with has been pleased.

try to take the trolley ride that departs from the lake sumter landing sales center - you will get a great perspective that will help when you are evaluating homes/homesites!

I close on my house near the Bonifay country club in 3 weeks. How's it looking down there. Are there houses going up all over?

Noticed today that you can now even see construction started pretty close to the new library & DMV office at 466a & Powell Rd. TV must be blowing the roof off of sales. (pun intended) :laugh:

Most the homes online have formica counters and cheap cabinets unless you pay 1.0 million.
