There is ALWAYS room for another person from Ahia. In June we sold our house in Cincinnati, due to enormous luck. We will keep our fingers and toes crossed for you no matter how people say it makes us walk funny.

Well Hello, we are also trying to sell in Ohio but will not buy in the Villages till the deed is done. We have some serious lookers and are waiting for an offer. We are in a Tinominium in Bradenton for the winter so we will have a place to hang our hat till we either build or find a pre owned in the Villages.

I am sure your realtor has given you all the tips about fresh neutral paint throughout the house; replacing old looking floors; replacing worn or outdated carpeting; some new kitchen appliances; and updating any plumbing systems with modern fixtures.

The pricing has to be very competitive with comparables, of course. Be ready to accept less than asking price and remember that you still will make loads of money if you have been in the house a long time.
