You are invited to journey to Zaragoza Place in the Palo Alto neighborhood if you have any interest in whether we have true community enforcable standards. Its not often you can see a homeowner building a wall as high as a prison wall and the adjacent homeowners having little recourse to do anything about something so bizarre.

Hi Warren,
I also would be interested to know what attempts at enforcement have been made. Have you contacted Community Watch or Janet Tutt? What has been the response?

There are 25 houses on that street according to the map on Sumterpa.com. Warren Kiefer lives on the end of the adjoining street that backs to it, according to Sumterpa. Someone close could look and see what the problem is if Warren isn't going to clarify it.

I just went for a golf cart ride past the property mentioned. It is going to be a very large addition to the home, and I would be willing to bet that it is all permitted and approved, within the Village guidelines.
Not far from this location, about two years ago, someone was building a golf cart garage, and evidently something was wrong in the placement, because they knocked down the exterior walls and framed roof and rebuilt. Someone was watching that.
I am not saying that the building is ok or not, legal or not, a good neighbor or not, just described what I saw.
