"Obama may be in deep trouble… Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court:
According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues."

This story is from July 2010. There's been lots of time to "smackdown" Obama. Have yet to see it.

Nothing will be done till he is out of office the country doesnt need that on top of our other problems. Obama will just go away to Africa and never be seen again. Good but he should be tried for criminal intent.

Your OP is misleading. There's no quote from Chief Justice Roberts in there. It's almost all speculation on the part of columnist. The only quote at all was from Alito which was the now-famous retort from Obama's State of the Union barb against the USSC.

some of the posts and posters here are a joke. Before posting how about researching to see if there is any truth to it instead of blindly putting it on this board. And DDoug"go back to Africa" really does show your true"colors".

Since DDoug opened the door about saying that President Obama should be tried once out of office for "criminal intent"; there are many, many Americans who feel that Junior Bush and his Puppetmeister Cheney should be tried for crimes against humanity by the World Court in The Hague.

First of all the quotations were surrounding the entire post---implies I am quoting the article, not the judge.
Second---So sorry about the late date. I didn't catch that, but the article just came across to me yesterday. I guess by assuming it was new news, assume did it's job and made an "ass" out of "me".
Third---Too much holiday beverage on my part?!?

Really? I assume some child in your household got on your computer and posted this, I would get back on and edit it out to save embarrassment if I were you.
