Has anyone been a patient of Dr. Soundarapadnian Baskar. He is associated with Lake Gastroenterology Associates. Is there someone you would recommend for to perform a colonoscopy?

Also just went through the Colonoscopy proceedure with Marianna de Jongh. Totally professional , patient friendly.. I would recommend her highly

Dr. Ismail? I believe he is in jail for threatening to kill his ex-partner in his practice. http://www.dailycommercial.com/ismail No need to worry about him! However, there is a very nice Dr. Lily Tran in what used to be his practice. Hubby and I have had her for gastrenterology related issues, including colonoscopies. She is wonderful.

I had to go to Dr Baskar for other than the colonoscopy. His only office day in TV is Tuesday afternoon. I had my procedure done at LRMC.

For colonoscopies I have used Dr Tran and Dr Mariana de Jongh with Gastroenology Ass. of Ocala. Their office is next to Billy's Cafe on 441. They do their procedures in that building there also.

Just had my colonoscopy this morning at Lake Endoscopy with Dr. Mariana de Johng. My wife (who's up next :icon_wink:) and I were both very impressed by the staff and the doctor. Friendly and professional are great traits!

BTW, we mentioned she was recommended by TOTV posters and she was visibly embarrassed.
