As a snowbird you need a list of really dependable contractors that you can trust. My recent dealings with Dunstan were just that. They followed up with Kohler to get me a new toilet even though it was two years past the warranty. They always keep the customer first in their minds. When I need to make a decision from 1,000 miles away -- I know I can depend on Dunstan to take care of me.
