Thank you very much to all of you TOTV folks whose prior recommendations led to my selection of "Investment Painting Contractors" to paint the entire interior of my Villages home.

My Wife and I are absolutely delighted with the job which was completed earlier today. The young folks who represent Investment Painting Contractors did a magnificent job. They are extremely careful and meticulous in everything they do. The disruption to our household was kept to an absolute minimum. Everything was covered to prevent accidental or incidental damage and the house was returned to very livable condition each evening before they left for the day, including sweeping up and placing all their equipment in plastic bags which were set out of our way for the evening. All of this was accomplished at what I consider to be a very fair and competitive price.

In addition to a meticulous work ethic, Investment Painting Contractors use paint that carries the "GreenSure" designation, which offers maximum performance, long-term durability that is designed and manufactured to reduce environmental impact and to meet or exceed the most stringent regulatory requirements. A major benefit of this "Greensure" product is a house that it is virtually odor free after it was painted, a welcome change from any paint job I've previously experienced.

Was your Lani Treatement that looks like real tile a epoxy or kool deck? Weather and Scuff proof paint?

I was thinking table legs or chairs sliding across it?

Investment Painting Contractors painted the entire interior of my home. Your question/comment about the Lanai is confusing as the Lanai was not included as a part of the contracted job. They did a great job on the interior.
