Has anyone used Elite Lifestyles for their lanai enclosure?

Our neighbor used Elite and they were very pleased... nice work. I do think they are a bit pricey. Get a few quotes before you decide. We just had our bird cage turned into a year-round lanai and used Melton Construction. Speak with Darryl (352) 259-7748.

One of our neighbors is using them and very disappointed. They are taking forever and for a while stopped coming. We had an addition put in while she waited and waited. We used and Recommend Mike Parham of Southern Classic Builders. Mike used to work with The Villages and knows all the homes here. He's excellent and only uses Village workers so they won't stop showing up. He put an addition for us and now is doing another one.

I highly recommend him. He does good work. He's very competitive and not pricey as Elite and others.

We have used Fairbanks Const. twice and have been very happy with both of the jobs. No problems.

The previous owner of my house used Elite Lifestyles to enclose the lanai. It is great work but I am having a few problems with the windows. I had some of the double pane windows fog up on the inside. They replaced one right away with no cost to me. Two more have gone bad and I am in negotiations with them now for replacements.

I understand the general manager, Rodney, of the Elite Lifestyles located in Oxford is not with the company anymore and the new manager is trying to make customers happy.
