I'm not sure if I understand your question.
Are you a resident or the guest of a resident?
If you are a guest, your “resident host” has to sign you up for a tee-time, or else they have to give you their ID number and Pin number in order for you to do it yourself.
If you are a resident, then you have to either give your ID and Pin number to your guest so they can sign themselves up, or else you have to do it for them.

There is no golf ID for guests. You must get a guest ID at one of the rec centers for the lenght of time your guest will be here or your guest must pay full price at the golf course. If you have a guest ID it is a little cheaper. Your guest must show a photo ID and he/she must live out of the general area...I think...........

I also have a guest here and when I get T times for us, I just use my golfer ID and check the block on the request that he is a guest. If you are requesting a T time by phone , I can't help you but using thevillages.net I get mine as stated above

When you make a tee time, you will add them as "a guest" of your ID. When they get to course they will need their guest pass and some form of ID (drivers license) to sign in. Hope I said that so it makes sense.

Log onto villages.net, click on "golf", log in on golf screen, select "tee time help". There you will find detailed instructions.
If you are not signed up with villages.net I encourage you to do so. I believe they are still located at LSL. (352)753-4040
Hope this helps
