Hi Paul and Pat. We are Bill and Kathy. We have bought a lot on Adrienne Way in Sanibel on the golf course and will be down February 12th to pick our home out. We are the only vacant lot there, as all others have already built their home. Our target move will hopefully occur the first week of May. Glad to meet you! Such an exciting time.

We are also from IL and should be in around the first of March also. There are lots of folks coming down from IL and I think we will be taking Sanibel over. We are unit 175-26 in Sanibel. They should finish the house this week. We are on Evinston Court. PM me if you want more info on us. I told the wife this morning that we only have 6 more weeks of winter and we ARE OUT OF HERE!!!!!!! We look forward to meeting all of the folks down there.

You foundation was poured this morning and so was ours! We have a picture to send later. This is so fun!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you tell me what golf course lots have been going for in Sanibel?
I've told upwards of 200K.

We are also coming down in March and hope to buy in Sanibel--we are very excited and happy to be making our plans for our move--we don't think that we can totally move down this year, but maybe next year, if all goes as planned-maybe we will be neighbors! Good luck with the move--CynthiaS

FYI: I heard on the radio today this has been the warmest winter in the Chicago area since 1933. 83% of the days this winter have been above normal in temperature for the Chicago area. So whadda want to move to Florida for? :).
