After visiting friends in TV and looking at a few new models we have decided to concentrate on pre owned.
Any realtors that you have used and would recommend?
We will concentrate South of 466 (want under 6 years old) for either an expanded Lantana or Premier with a max of 2600-2800sf not facing other homes so golf course or....

I recommended Lyle Gant above, and should explain - he is an MLS rep. You will want an MLS rep, and a Villages rep (I recommend Tony Trussler), and you should check out for sale by owner both on this website http://www.thevillagesfsbo.com/ and in the daily sun.

Two lovely homes (Lantana and Gardenia) just went on the market in Sunset Pointe (Bethune) that are on the golf course. Lyle Gant can assist you with seeing them.
