I went into all albums to look for a particular album, and when I tried to open that album I was denied access. Any one know why, and how can I open up some of the albums to enjoy viewing the albums.

Which album were you trying to open?

The person who created the album would have to mark it as "public" so anyone can see it. If they made it "private" then only their selected contacts can see it.

So, it's probably not you but instead the album settings that prevented you from seeing it.

As admin asked, which album specifically were you trying to access?

I wanted to open "installs" Granite countertops. Posted on 1/10

They were advertising their business on the site without being a registered sponsor so the album is on a temporary restriction until we work out a plan for them.
