Rumors about a dog flu.

I have heard of a dog flu that is air borne here in the Villages. I know of one pooch which has not been to the Doggie Doo Run Run for about 10 days because of this influenza. A local vet even told the pet owner to keep the sick dog home because of the dozen or so dogs they already had there due to this illness.

This is secondhand information though. I have not actually talked to the dog owner who used to come to the CR101 dog park just about every day before her dog got the flu.

From another person who sometimes comes to the Doggie Doo Run Run, this "event" never actually happened. He called the vet where this supposedly had taken place and they did not have a clue about this rumor. Must have been some kind of spam.

There is still no sign, however, of the pet owner who used to come to the DDRR every day. I suppose this rumor had kept her away from this CR101 dog park.
