The trip to Orlando is a perfect example. While labeled as official WH business it was/is blatantly obvious it was a campaign soap box venue striving to reach out to select voting blocks. Laying the ground work for his soon to come....see what I did list.
Teleprompters at Disneyland? Reading speeches usually means a couple of things. One the presenter is not knowledgeable of the subject matter. Or the presenter wants to have documented exactly what was said for whatever reason.
Their depth of knowledge on any given subject is a function of the prepared script.
And yes there are times for scripted presentations. Just not every time one speaks.
I do have my flak vest on!
