It's hard to believe that we will be closing on a new house in The Villages in just 2 weeks. :MOJE_whot:
We did the Lifestyle tour two years ago and came back to look at houses last year. Then a few weeks ago, we came up there (from South Florida) to look at some resales. Our sales rep showed us a new CYV in Southwood Villas that was discounted tremendously and we loved the floorplan so we went for it!!!! :clap2: We are still 6 years from moving there full time but we are only 4 hours away so we can enjoy long weekends and the summers in TV. I still cannot believe it's happening.

We came to TV after Christmas and bought a discounted Valparaiso CYV in Southwood too! We close on 1-30-12! We are two years from retirement and will use it as much as possible until then! Maybe we will be neighbors!

We bought a Valparaiso, too! I thought I wanted the Bonifay from the pictures of the floorplan but when we walked into each one, we just fell in love with the Valparaiso. I love having a little foyer and not opening the front door and walking right into the kitchen! We are on Flatwood Street. We will close on Feb. 8th but not come down until the 16th or 17th.
