Forbes magazine lists The Villages as the number one growing small town in the US. It lists the 2010 Population at 93,420 up from 2007 population of 72,246. A growth of 29% in three years.

The population numbers include TV and surrounding area. I think TV is around 85K right now according to my salesperson
